1. When you click the download button, a number of surveys will come up.
2. Select one of the surveys from the list, you do not have to complete them all. Some of them may be easy email submits, and some of them may take a bit more time.

Filling out a survey will not harm your computer, these are real companies creating these surveys and if any of them could harm your computer they would be quickly removed.
3. Once you have completed one of the surveys, the file will be unlocked and you will never have to complete another survey for it again.
